Hi, I'm Cindy, the owner of Fashion Tips and Trends For All.

My main passion in life includes fashion, travelling, photography and little kids.

On a daily basis, when I am not working on my sites, I hold a 9-5 job as an Associate Consultant at a Public Relations agency.

I enjoy the little things in life such as a hot cuppa coffee in the morning and a glass of fine wine before I go to bed at night.

When I was a kid, I used to wish I could grow up faster. I wanted to start working as soon as I can and buy myself a flowy, long, elegant dress, and strut around in a pair of five inch pumps - ala Charlie's Angels!

Then Spice Girls invaded my world and I, in turn, invaded my mother's closet and her shoes too! ;)

Soon, retro chic took over, and I was brought back to the 60's with bell-bottom jeans, and polkadot / floral blouses.

I have always believed that Beauty and fashion is what you make of it! You do not have to dress fancy to look good. You need to know the right size and then make the right choice of clothing that fits your body.

How did an idea to build a site came about?

In January, 2009, my dad was diagnosed with stomach cancer. The entire year was spent in and out of hospitals, chemo treatments, and more tests. Eventually, my dad past away on 31st December 2009.

During that course of one year, I have grown to realise that life is too fragile and too short to be wasted. See, my dad was only 60 - he was still young and could have achieved so much more in life. He never got the chance to.

He was a dreamer, and since young, has always taught me to follow my dreams and do what makes me happy. He wants me to Live, Love and Laugh. It was then that I decided to embark on my own adventures, so that in future, I will be able to pass down the same theories to my kids; the way my dad did.

That was how this website came about, as I have a profound passion for fashion and I love everything pretty! Ü

How did you build this website?

After a couple of failed attempts at blogging, I was desperate for a way out. I was in debt, I had to make payments for my studies (I was studying for a degree under University of London External Law Program), I had my car installment to pay off, rentals, and etc.

You know how it is with desperate times, and then something miraculously appear to save you? That was when I came across Site Build It!

Site Build It! is an all-in-one integrated system and all you have to do is learn the entire process through their Action Guide and keep creating quality content for your site. That's it - no programming skills required.

I started thinking, this SBI program could really work for me. Perhaps, it could be the birth of my independence - my financial freedom.

However, I still was not entirely convinced. A thorough research reveals more case studies of these succesful Site Build It! web owners! By then, I was so excited to get started because I had loads of ideas, but no venues to display them!

That was when I started building Fashion Tips and Trends For All! After a year with Site Build It!, I now have a second site - Tour Borneo Malaysia, built too!

Well, it is not an easy job! A lot of hard work, effort and countless sleepless nights spent on building my sites. Now, I am finally earning a decent side income to complement my main income stream to provide me with a better and easier life.

So how is your life now, and what's next?

I guess I will keep doing what I do best - travel, and building my sites.

Eventually, I hope to focus wholly on my sites and start working from home.

Then, it will really be "Financial Freedom" for me.

With SBI, I can lean back, close my eyes, take a deep breath, and enjoy my life.
